This multistakeholder approach ensures complementarity, strong SME involvement, interregional cooperation and alignment with European policy frameworks.
The I3FLOAT consortium integrates actors from all sides of the quadruple helix:
- Industry: 4 Floating Foundation Developers (FFDs) and 11 suppliers (8 SMEs), driving technological innovation.
- Research & Innovation: Clusters representing nearly 1,200 companies and R&D organisations, contributing technical expertise and value chain development.
- Public Authorities: Regional authorities participate through the S3 Board, aligning project activities with Smart Specialisation Strategies.
- Civil Society: Representatives engaged in roadmap workshops, reflecting societal and environmental priorities.
