I3FLOAT will develop an online value chain mapping tool showcasing companies and organisations active in floating offshore wind across the participating regions. The tool is based on methodologies from the ELBE Alliance and identifies value chain segments, capabilities and regional specialisations. It supports SMEs, Open Call participants and stakeholders by facilitating partner searches, market visibility and interregional collaboration.
